  1. FFL Transfers and Shipping Policy

All regulated items are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms License holder (FFL).

We do not ship regulated items directly to residential addresses or non-FFL locations under any circumstances.

Before an order can be fulfilled:

  • The customer must select a receiving FFL dealer.
  • A valid copy of the receiving FFL must be provided and verified.
  • Orders will not ship until FFL verification is complete.

If an FFL cannot be verified, refuses the transfer, or is unwilling to accept the item, the order may be delayed, canceled, or subject to restocking fees.

  1. Background Checks and Transfer Requirements

All transfers are conducted by the receiving FFL, not this website.

The customer understands and agrees that:

  • All required background checks are performed by the receiving FFL.
  • Approval or denial is solely at the discretion of the receiving FFL and governing authorities.
  • Transfer fees are determined by the receiving FFL and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays, denials, or additional requirements imposed by the receiving FFL or any government agency.

  1. Inspection and Acceptance at Transfer

All regulated items must be inspected by the customer at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer.

By completing the transfer and taking possession, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The product has been inspected for visible defects, damage, or missing components.
  • The product is accepted in the condition received.
  • Any issues must be identified before completing transfer paperwork.

Once the transfer is completed and the item leaves the FFL’s premises:

  • The product is considered accepted by the customer.
  • No claims will be accepted for cosmetic damage, missing items, or shipping-related issues.
  • Any future issues are subject only to manufacturer warranty terms, if applicable.

We are not responsible for issues discovered after the customer has taken possession of the product.

  1. Denied or Failed Transfers

If a customer is denied during the transfer or fails to complete the transfer for any reason:

  • The item may be returned to us or transferred to another eligible party as permitted by law.
  • Shipping, transfer, and restocking fees may apply.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for costs, losses, or delays resulting from a denied background check or failed transfer.

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Verifying the legality of any item in their jurisdiction.
  • Confirming acceptance of the item with their selected FFL before placing an order.

Once an item has shipped:

  • Cancellations require return authorization.

Refunds do not include:
