Regulated Items and FFL Shipping

All regulated items are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms License holder (FFL).

We do not ship regulated items directly to residential addresses, businesses without an FFL, or P.O. boxes under any circumstances.

Customers must select a receiving FFL at checkout. Orders will not ship until the selected FFL has been verified.

Selecting a Receiving FFL

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Choose an FFL willing to receive and transfer the item
  • Confirm the FFL accepts the specific item being ordered
  • Ensure accurate FFL contact information is provided

If the selected FFL cannot be verified or refuses the shipment, the order may be delayed, canceled, or subject to additional fees.

FFL Verification Process

Before shipment:

  • We must receive a valid copy of the receiving FFL
  • FFL information must match ATF records
  • Verification delays may impact shipping timelines

Orders will not ship until verification is complete.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • FFL verification
  • Inventory availability
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or regulatory issues

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Carrier and Delivery

We use reputable carriers to deliver items to the receiving FFL.

Once an item has been delivered to the FFL:

  • Responsibility transfers to the receiving FFL
  • Delivery confirmation constitutes successful shipment

We are not responsible for delays in transfer scheduling after delivery.

Inspection at Transfer

Customers are required to inspect all regulated items at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer.

Once the transfer is completed and the item leaves the FFL’s premises, the shipment is considered accepted and final.

Denied or Failed Transfers

If a transfer is denied or not completed:

  • The item may be returned or redirected as permitted by law
  • Shipping, handling, and restocking fees may apply
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Regulated Items

Non-regulated items may ship directly to the customer’s address.

Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times for non-regulated items are displayed at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect shipping information, invalid FFL details, or customer error may result in additional fees.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments refused by the receiving FFL or returned as undeliverable may be subject to restocking and return shipping fees.

Changes to Shipping Instructions

We reserve the right to update these Shipping Instructions at any time.
