Overview
Due to the nature of regulated products and applicable federal and state laws, all sales are subject to strict refund and return limitations. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Regulated Items and FFL Transfers
All regulated items are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms License holder (FFL) and must be transferred in compliance with all applicable laws.
Once a regulated item has been transferred to the customer and leaves the receiving FFL’s premises, all sales are final.
Inspection Requirement
Customers are required to inspect all regulated items at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer.
If an issue is identified during inspection:
- The customer must notify the receiving FFL immediately.
- The transfer must not be completed.
- The FFL must contact us before the item leaves their possession.
Issues discovered after the transfer has been completed and the item has left the FFL’s premises are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Non-Transfer Returns
If a regulated item is not transferred and remains in the possession of the receiving FFL:
- The item may be eligible for return authorization.
- The item must be in new, unfired, and unmodified condition.
- Original packaging and accessories must be included.
Return eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking and shipping fees.
Denied or Failed Transfers
If a customer is denied or fails to complete the transfer for any reason:
- The item may be returned or transferred to another eligible party as permitted by law.
- Shipping, handling, and restocking fees may apply.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for costs or losses resulting from a denied background check.
Non-Regulated Items
Non-regulated items such as accessories and apparel may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are handled directly by the manufacturer.
We do not provide warranty service for manufacturer defects unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment at our discretion.
Once an order has shipped:
- Cancellations are not guaranteed.
- Any approved return may be subject to restocking and processing fees.
Restocking and Processing Fees
Approved returns may be subject to:
- Restocking fees
- Payment processing fees
- Return shipping costs
Fees will be deducted from any approved refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refunds are processed only after:
- Returned items are received
- Items are inspected and approved
Processing times may vary depending on payment provider.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused or returned due to incorrect FFL information, refusal by the receiving FFL, or customer error may be subject to additional fees.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
